Police officers were torturing a man with...fire

Again Islamic Iran police officers harassed a young man just because of his hair! They cut his hair with a brick or something like that, slapped him right in the face and then they were burning his hair with fire! and all along they took video from this savage barbaric action.

We know barbaric Islamic Iran's police can't do anything but being so stupid to harass people like this...just I am so mad.
